1/4cuphemp milk (coconut or almond milk) + more as needed
1/3 to 1/2cupmaple syrup, agave, dates paste or powder sugar+ more to taste
Instructions
Slice the avocados, discard the pit and skins and add the flesh to the bowl of a food processor.
Add the vanilla extract, sweetener and hemp milk and process together until sooth. Transfer to a bowl, tightly cover and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes or so.
Notes
1. Make sure to use a liquid sweetener like maple or agave syrup or powdered sugar. If you use granulated sugar your pudding might turn out grainy.
2. Feel free to add some Maca powder to the mix as it pairs well with chocolate.
