Bubba Veggie Burgers
Easy convenient veggie burgers from Bubba's!
Servings 1 burger
- 1 Bubba Veggie Burger
- 1 everything bagel (or your favorite burger bun)
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 roasted pepper (sliced)
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1/2 lime
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium high flame. Add a drop of olive oil or cooking spray and and cook your Bubba veggie burger for about 4 minutes on each side until nicely golden brown.
Meanwhile lightly toast your bagel to your liking. Spread the marinara sauce on the bottom slice followed by the arugula and the burger.
Add the avocado and roasted peppers, a pinch of red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lime. Top with the second bagel slice and enjoy.
