  • 1 leaf kale - medium size
  • 10 leaves dandelion greens
  • 1 banana - frozen
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup orange juice - freshly squeezed (or 1 orange peel & seeds removed)
  • 2 dates - pitted
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hemp milk or water + more to thin out to your liking
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder


  • Add all of the above smoothie ingredients except the apple cider vinegar to a powerful blender. Process until smooth and creamy to your liking. Add more plant milk, juice or water If you’d like a thinner consistency. Balance the flavors to your taste with the apple cider vinegar and enjoy!
