Silken tofu, vital wheat, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, vegan butter, garlic, white wine, capers, lemon, Italian parsley

Prepare the Seitan in the bowl of a food processor by combining the vital wheat gluten, tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic and onion powder + salt. 

Preheat a medium sauce pan over medium low heat. Add the vegan butter and as soon as it has melted stir in the garlic.
