Ingredients

Kale, dandelion greens, banana, green apple, orange juice, dates, hemp hearts,  apple cider vinegar, hemp milk or water, spirulina powder

Add all of the above smoothie ingredients except the apple cider vinegar to a powerful blender. Process until smooth and creamy to your liking.

Add more plant milk, juice or water If you’d like a thinner consistency. Balance the flavors to your taste with the apple cider vinegar and enjoy!
