Plantricious

Plantricious defines a new vegan food category for prepared and packaged plant-based foods with a nutrition up-grade. It is not a diet. Plantricious is based upon nutrition guidelines created and endorsed by the nation’s most respected medical leaders (Dr.s Michael Greger, Caldwell Esselstyn, T. Colin Campbell and many others) advocating plant nutrition for optimum health. 

The Plantricious recipe category is a tool to help you find all of our  nutrient-dense, fiber-filled, health-promoting plant-based recipes and foods that doctors are recommending and people are looking for.

5. No artificial additives or preservatives

Why No Oil ?

Oil is liquid fat. Even those extracted from plants have little to no nutritional value. All oils contribute to arterial damage and heart disease. They damage your endothelial cells, which are found on the walls of your blood vessels. They keep fat and cholesterol from entering your blood vessel wall and help dissolve clots and lower your blood pressure. You can get the oil you need from whole food sources like nuts, avocados, seeds and olives, complete with all their fiber and nutrients
