– oyster mushrooms king trumpet, chanterelle, or hen of the woods
– leek or onions white + pale green parts
– carrots
– celery stalks

– 8 biscuits or 4 sheets defrosted phyllo dough

1. Saute the mushrooms with the garlic and set aside.2. Make the pot pie filling and fold in the mushrooms.3. Top with homemade biscuits or phyllo pastry sheets.
4. Bake @375F for 15 minutes until lightly golden on top.5. Reheating – reheat any leftovers in the oven @300 for about 30 minutes until the filling is bubbly. The microwave also works in a pinch.
