– hemp seeds -organic – filtered water – vanilla extract – maple syrup – raw cacao powder (optional for chocolate milk)

Place the hemp seeds, water, maple and vanilla in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

Line a mesh strainer with cheese cloth and strain the milk into an airtight container/ bottle. Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
