Peppers

Peppers come in a variety of beautiful rainbow colors: red, yellow, green, orange, purple, white and even black. The riper the pepper the greater its nutrition content. 
 
Enjoy them raw in salad or crunchy spring rolls, roasted or stuffed with rice and mushrooms simmered in a tomato broth, throw them into chilled gazpacho or in this classic pepper stew known as Peperonata.
