Quinoa

Quinoa [Keen-wah] - it looks like a grain but it is actually a  seed. True story! One of the most amazing foods on the planet " Quinoa " was called by the Incas the"mother of all grains"  and it totally belongs in your pantry at all times. It is a highly nutritious, high protein food with a very well balanced amino acid profile similar to that of casein. Plant strong all day long!

You can use it in a variety of recipes, from salads to soups and stews, in flatbreads, baking and even breakfast bowls. It comes in a few different forms: seeds, flour, flakes, puffed, whatever rocks your taste buds. Enjoy our favorite recipes!
