There aren’t enough good things I can say about spinach so I just want to encourage you to incorporate in your diet all the time. Enjoy it in salad, sautéed for breakfast, added into lasagna, sandwiches, pureed into soups or mixed into mashed potatoes and rice.
Loaded with nutrients and low in calorie, there aren’t many out there who can even be mentioned in the same sentence with the mighty spinach! Enjoy!
