Bubba Veggie Burgers
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium high flame. Add a drop of olive oil or cooking spray and and cook your Bubba veggie burger for about 4 minutes on each side until nicely golden brown.
- Meanwhile lightly toast your bagel to your liking. Spread the marinara sauce on the bottom slice followed by the arugula and the burger.
- Add the avocado and roasted peppers, a pinch of red pepper flakes and a squeeze of lime. Top with the second bagel slice and enjoy.
