When life gives you avocados, you probably live in California. And for that we are grateful. And super happy to have to come up with quick and easy recipes to enjoy this amazing fruit on the daily.

Aside from chunky guacamole, there is a plethora of ideas to get your wheels spinning in the recipe department. Think big vegan salads, sandwiches, easy pastas, smoothies and even desserts. Avocado pudding anyone ..?!

California avocados in particular are a great source of lutein, zeaxanthin, fiber and potassium. Good for the skin, eyes and heart healthy, an amazing food that should be part of a balanced plant-based diet.
